PLANCKS competition

The PLANCKS-competition 2026 took place in Eindhoven, The Netherlands, from 21st to 25th of May 2026. The two Heidelberg teams were able to secure a 7th and a 10th place, among a very competitive field of 54 teams with physics students from all over the world. The faculty is very happy for Paul Obernolte, Tom Zwick, Dinah Grun, and Jakob Lensch from the team Flamingos on 7th position, as well as Damian Gleis, Vojt?ch Votruba, Lutz Leimenstoll, and Arik Küster from the team Spinner on place 10.
We are very proud to have such good students, and we warmly congratulate the third German team Brückenbauer from the Technische Universität Dresden, for their 13th place!
