The supervision relationship is unlike most others. You're in it for three years or more, often dependent on one person's feedback, availability, and expectations - and the rules are rarely written down anywhere. Sovereignty in a supervision relationship rarely comes from personality. It comes from clarity - about roles, expectations, and what actually needs to be said. This workshop gives the space and structure to develop exactly that.
