DESCRIPTION:The interstellar medium (ISM) is a multi-phase ecosystem that c
an be probed through continuum emission across a wide range of wavelengths.
In this talk\, I present a multiwavelength investigation of the ISM in the
Andromeda galaxy (M31). Using deep JCMT/SCUBA-2 observations\, we construc
t a comprehensive catalog of 572 giant molecular clouds (GMCs)\, including
189 inter-arm GMCs\, and examine their properties and star formation effici
ency. By incorporating longer-wavelength data at 1.15 mm from IRAM 30 m/NIK
A2\, we further constrain the dust surface density\, temperature\, and emis
sivity index\, revealing variations in these dust properties at GMC scales.
Finally\, we hunt for anomalous microwave emission (AME) in M31 using VLA
observations\, constructing a sample of 23 AME candidates and planning to i
nvestigate their possible emission mechanisms.\n\nImported from https://www
